28th of June, 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relationship between Georgia and the Islamic Republic of Iran was marked in the Institute for Political and International Studies.

On September 19, held a meeting between H.E Ambassador of Georgia Mr. Ioseb Chakhvashvili and head of division of Georgia-Armenia at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of I.R of Iran.
In 13th August, in the embassy of Georgia in Tehran, H.E Ambassador of Georgia Joseph Chakhvashvili met with H.E Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Yun Kangheyon. Ambassadors discussed about the Georgian-Korean relationships and prospects, and briefly reviewed the latest developments in the region.
